Common questions
I forgot my password
On the Social tab in the Game, open your account and tap Forgot password? to receive a reset link by email.
My name or clan disappeared after signing in
Open the Social tab and re-enter your original player name. If it was yours, it will reconnect along with your clan, friends, and trophies.
I bought something but didn’t receive it
Make sure you’re signed in to your account, then reopen the store — purchases restore automatically. If it still hasn’t arrived, email us with the approximate date and the item, and we’ll sort it out.
How do I delete my account?
Go to the Social tab, open your account, and choose Delete account. This permanently removes your account and its data.
I found a bug
Please email us a short description and, if you can, what you were doing when it happened. Reports genuinely help us improve the Game.
