Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Legacy Tower Defense (the “Game”), provided by J Studios (“we”, “us”). By playing the Game you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the Game. If you are under the age of majority, you may use the Game only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Choose a player name that is not offensive and does not infringe anyone’s rights; we may reclaim or change names that violate these Terms.

Virtual items and purchases

• The Game may offer virtual items and currency (such as gems) for purchase. These have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms. Prices and availability may change.
• All purchases are final except where a refund is required by law or by the applicable app store’s policies. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google.
• We may modify, balance, or discontinue virtual items and game features over time.

Acceptable use & community conduct

You agree not to: cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized software to gain an advantage; harass other players; attempt to disrupt, attack, or reverse-engineer the service; or use the Game for any unlawful purpose.

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. You may not post or transmit content (in player names, clan names, or chat) that is offensive, harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable. We provide tools to report content and block other players inside the Game, and we review reports and remove violating content and users. Repeat or serious offenders may be suspended or permanently banned, and may lose access to their account and purchases.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Game if you violate these Terms or to protect the service and its players. You may stop using the Game and delete your account at any time.

Disclaimers

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that progress and data will never be lost.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, J Studios will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
